Snow Emergency Routes & Parking:
After any snow emergency is declared, it shall be unlawful, at any time during the continuance of the emergency, for any person to park a vehicle or to allow that vehicle to remain parked anywhere on any snow emergency route designated in §§ 450-63 and 450-64 of Article VII.1 [Amended 8-8-2017 by Ord. No. 891]. All vehicles must be removed from specified routes and cul-de-sacs or be subjected to ticketing and towing at the owner's expense.

The following culs-de-sac within the Borough are subject to the above snow emergency regulations:
- North Sixth Avenue
- Elm Street
- Pine Street

Residential Permit Parking:
Residents located in the following areas may obtain a residential parking permit from Borough Hall:
- Seventh Avenue, #100 through #199, from Walnut Street to Washington Street
- Fifth Avenue, from Washington Street to Arch Street
- Spring Street, from Fifth Avenue (north side) to driveway at 531 Spring Street (Freedom House)
- Washington Street, #605 through #703, from Sixth Avenue to Seventh Avenue
- Washington Street, #705 to #731, from Seventh Avenue to the end of the driveway at 731 Washington Street

Prohibited Parking:
Parking of trailers, recreation trailers, house trailers, boat trailers, or truck camper bodies that are not attached to or mounted upon a motor vehicle is prohibited.
